How ONU Designer Wear Grew Revenue by 80% With Incremental Sales

4 min read Oct 5, 2026

ONU Designer Wear had a strong fashion catalogue and products with clear customer demand.

The issue was not that the catalogue lacked potential.

It was that too much of the account’s revenue was being carried by a small share of products.

In Google Shopping, this is a common problem. A group of top performers gets the visibility, clicks and spend, while the rest of the catalogue sits behind them with very little chance to prove what it can do.

For ONU Designer Wear, that meant a large part of the product range was live, but not contributing as much as it could.

The opportunity was to widen performance across the catalogue, without disrupting the products that were already working.

The Challenge

ONU Designer Wear needed to increase revenue from Google Shopping by getting more of the catalogue into play.

Before launching Incremental Sales, revenue was being driven by a small share of products. The account had low catalogue contribution, limited visibility across the wider product range, and performance was heavily led by top sellers.

That can create a ceiling.

When the same products keep doing the work, growth becomes harder to find. The account can look healthy on the surface, but underneath that, too many products are still not getting a meaningful route into Shopping.

For a fashion retailer, that matters.

Product ranges change. Demand shifts. Seasonality moves quickly. If only a small part of the catalogue gets consistent visibility, there is a real risk that products with potential never get enough traffic to show what they can do.

ONU Designer Wear needed a way to give overlooked products more visibility, while keeping existing activity protected.

What We Did

We used Shoptimised Incremental Sales to identify the products that were not contributing properly through the existing Google Shopping setup.

This included products that were being overlooked, products with limited visibility, and products that were not getting enough opportunity to generate sales.

The aim was not to push more budget into the same bestsellers.

It was to create a separate route for the products that were being missed.

Once those products had been identified, we brought them into a focused incremental setup. This gave ONU Designer Wear a way to support the wider catalogue without interfering with the products already performing in core activity.

From there, we helped make those products more visible in Shopping and gave them a better chance to compete.

This created a broader base of products contributing to performance, rather than relying on a small group of top performers to carry the account.

The Results

The results showed the value of widening product contribution.

ONU Designer Wear achieved a +80% revenue increase, with Incremental Sales activity delivering a 12x return.

The biggest shift was not just the revenue growth.

It was the increase in products selling.

There was a +155% increase in products selling, showing that performance was coming from a wider part of the catalogue.

That is the real point of Incremental Sales.

It is not about replacing what already works. It is about finding the products that are being missed and giving them a better chance to contribute.

For ONU Designer Wear, that meant more products visible in Google Shopping, more products generating sales, and growth coming from a broader product base.

The Takeaway

Strong Google Shopping performance should not depend on the same products doing all the work.

For ONU Designer Wear, the opportunity was already in the catalogue. The products existed, but too many were not getting enough visibility to become part of the account’s growth.

By using Incremental Sales, Shoptimised helped identify overlooked products, bring them into Shopping, and widen the number of products contributing to revenue.

The result was a stronger account with more products selling and an 80% increase in revenue.
